Q1. How can i schedule an appointment ?
We always aim to attend to patients on time. It is our policy for each patient to see one dentist on a continuing basis. We try our best to arrange appointment times to suit our clients, offering evening or early morning appointments when appropriate. Q2. What happens at my first appointment?
At your first appointment you will be asked to fill out a medical history form. This ensures that your dentist is aware of any important medical factors that could affect your dental treatment.
Your dentist will discuss any important medical factors raised at your first visit. The first appointment is a two way process where your dentist will discuss your concerns about your mouth. He or she will also carry out a thorough clinical examination and appropriate x-rays may be taken. This ensures that the team has adequate information to make a diagnosis of the problem and formulate a treatment plan with estimated costs.
Q3. Nervous about visiting the dentist?
We appreciate that many people are apprehensive and even fear visits to the dentist and a very small minority has a genuine phobia. If this applies to you, please mention this to your dentist. We can reassure you that you will be treated empathetically. These apprehensions can usually be overcome with patience and understanding which are our hallmark.
